Dr. Afsoon Fazeli, DDS, MsD, leads Discovery Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics in Carlsbad, CA. She specializes in pediatric dentistry, providing gentle, expert care for children from infancy to their teenage years. Dr. Fazeli earned her degrees from the University of Washington and is an active member of multiple dental associations. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time at local beaches.

From the first step in the office, the doctor was very friendly and helpful, and the office is so inviting and kid-friendly. My daughter was very nervous at first due to other dentist offices not being very patient and understanding, but this place totally made her love the dentist again. The assistant who attended to my daughter was extremely nice, patient, and took time to explain everything to her before proceeding with anything, just overall professional, inviting, and an awesome place. We'll be seeing them soon. Dr. Fazeli has built a great team, and I fully recommend this dentist for kiddos.

Wonderful children's dental practice! They have fun games, toys, and entertainment for the kiddos to make it a positive experience for them. It's very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly, and the doctor is great as well. They are very good at working with children during the dental checkup. I recommend going here!

The staff is warm and kind, and Gabby made my son feel so comfortable and calm! It's every parent's wish to have their child calm and reassured at this type of appointment. Dr. Fazeli introduced herself right away. She is warm, welcoming, and such a professional. She walked us through X-rays and immediately gave my son's teeth a check.
